Val was the founder of LitSupport, an eDiscovery and legal support services business.  Creating and utilising innovative legal technology, scalable operating frameworks and the development of a talented, high performance workforce, Val built the start-up into a mature entity which was acquired in 2014. Since her exit from LitSupport in 2017, after a well earned break, Val is also a current board member at the College of Law, Victorian Chapter Board.

Her role at Stirling & Rose is to lead the delivery of the firm’s practice requirements to the highest professional standards. This includes working with senior management in supporting our talented team and ensuring operational processes foster growth, profitability and efficiencies within the company.
